Hi, I'm Richard
Welcome to "Audition Forget Repeat"!
Thanks for finding me
Please join me for an informal chat that will help you figure out some tips regarding becoming a voice-over artist.
The challenges, the frustrations, the knockbacks........ it's all part of the process and this certainly is not a sprint.
Voice-over is a science!
Some great stories picked up along the way and bits and bobs that have inspired me to become a professional voice-over artist with clients all over the world most of whom are repeat.
It's a profession that will make you more confident, relaxed, articulate, and delay to escape the normality of everyday life. One day you're advertising an airline and the next day you're being murdered in a play!
Please feel free to reach out with any feedback or suggestions and I will always read and answer your thoughts
Thanks and let's begin!

Voiceover - Audition, Forget, Repeat - The Trials & Tribulations of Becoming a Voice-over Artist
AAA Accents, AI a Threat?, & Audiobooks
Hi There,
Thank you so much for stopping by and welcome to Episode 4 of the first series of Audition Forget & Repeat.
It's all about the trials and tribulations of being and becoming a voice-over artist.
This week we discussed the threat or opportunity offered by the world of AI which has sprung upon asked practically overnight.
Have you ever recorded an audiobook-thinking about it or do you bypass altogether? The challenges, the opportunities and the spoils, we discussed.
Feeling a bit blocked up? I have a solution
Of course my usual "three of the best" people to follow this week on LinkedIn for health and support in today's buzzword is "Generosity"-people that are particularly generous with their time, sharing and caring about other fellow voice actors.
As well as this some useful links which are below.
I'm not a coach, but I just want to share some of my experiences in this wonderful profession in the hope it'll help fellow VO's have fun, relax a little bit more and enjoy what for me has become such an interesting hobby and profession.
All the best
Rich
